Auto Lounge
Privacy policy
Updated: 4 November 2026
This page explains what personal data Auto Lounge collects on this website, why, and how you can control it.
Who we are
The website is run by Auto Lounge Detailing Studio, 15 A. Politkovskaya St, Tbilisi, Georgia. For any question about your data, write to info@autolounge.ge or call +995 555 00 00 00.
What we collect
- Booking form: the service you are interested in, your car, the preferred day, your phone number, your name and your comment. Only the service and the phone number are required.
- Cookies for analytics and advertising (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Pixel) — only if you click “Accept” in the cookie banner.
- Technical data that any website receives, such as your IP address and browser type, in the hosting provider's server logs.
Why we use it
- To call you back and agree on the time of your visit. The legal basis is your request.
- To understand how the website is used and to measure our advertising. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- To keep the website secure and working.
Who receives it
We do not sell your data. Booking requests are delivered to the studio through Telegram and by e-mail. The website is hosted by an external provider. If you accept cookies, Google and Meta receive data about your visit under their own privacy policies. Some of these providers may store data outside Georgia.
How long we keep it
We keep booking requests for up to 12 months after your last visit, unless the law requires longer. Cookie choices are stored in your browser until you change them or clear your browser data.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent. To change your cookie choice, use the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of any page. If you believe your rights have been violated, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.
Changes
We may update this policy when the website or the law changes. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page.
